Cantera Collective Pte Ltd is responsible for personal information shared through this website. This notice explains how we handle enquiries and career applications sent to us here.

For privacy questions or requests, email hello@cantera.sg and put ‘Privacy’ in the subject line.

The Contact form asks for your enquiry type, name, email address and message. The Careers form asks for your name, email address, area of interest, introduction and a PDF résumé. If you email us directly, we receive the information you choose to include.

Please share only information relevant to your enquiry or application. Avoid sending sensitive information or another person’s details unless they are needed and you are authorised to share them.

We use contact details and messages to route, consider and reply to partnership or general enquiries, and to follow up where appropriate. We use career application details and résumés to assess applications and communicate with applicants.

We may also use information where reasonably necessary to protect the website, handle a request or comply with applicable law. We do not use these forms to sign you up for marketing messages.

Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend to the relevant Cantera recipient. The website does not save a separate copy of contact enquiries or career applications in its database. The recipients and email service may retain the messages and attachments in their email systems and delivery logs.

Cloudflare hosts and helps protect the website. These providers may process information outside Singapore. We limit access to people and providers who need the information for the purposes described here and take reasonable steps to protect it.

We keep enquiry and application records for as long as they are needed to handle the conversation or application, or for a legitimate business or legal purpose. We then delete them or remove identifying details where practicable. Email providers’ delivery logs may have their own retention periods.

You can email hello@cantera.sg to ask about personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or withdraw consent for a particular use. We may need to verify your identity and will explain any applicable limits or consequences of a request.
